Chalmersfastigheter is charged with the task of supporting the Chalmers objective of being the first choice for research, education and innovation. This will take place in harmony with the sustainable development of society and in co-operation with industry.
Operating concept
Chalmersfastigheter will offer Chalmers and other tenants premises and student housing on campus as well as related services.
Together with our tenants we will create cost-effective solutions that provide attractive study, work and living environments.
Residential and non-residential premises will be designed in line with the tenants' wishes and needs. Operations will be run with recognition of tenant benefit based on close co-operation with the tenant, who will be allowed to exert wide-reaching influence over the building, services and immediate surroundings.
