Chalmers Fastigheter was founded in 1999, commissioned to manage, redevelop and expand premises and buildings for Chalmers. The company's primary task is to create an attractive, well-adapted, competitive campus for Chalmers, where each square metre generates a feeling of being an integral part of a world-class campus. The operational focus is also on letting premises to tenants outside the Chalmers world; customers who see added value in working in a creative, inspirational campus environment.
Chalmers Fastigheter has 23 employees, working with properties and letting, construction projects, property management, accounting and administration, finance and corporate communications.
The group also includes the subsidiary AB Chalmersska Huset.
